Return policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return any insulated stainless steel cup or ceramic cup purchased from merrellumc within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and free from damage or signs of wear.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories included with the product must be intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions. Returns sent without prior confirmation may be delayed or rejected.

3. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (in which case we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs upon review).

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our address), we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of inspection.
  • For exchanges, we will ship the replacement product once the returned item is confirmed eligible (standard shipping times apply).

5. Exceptions

  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling are not eligible for returns.
